She specializes in uncovering the blindspots that slow adoption, inflate CAC, and weaken investor confidence — then engineering cross-functional systems that restore momentum.

For more than 15 years, Courtney has helped organizations across SaaS, subscription, and loyalty-driven industries turn inconsistent growth into reliable, compounding performance.
